Ristosano Home the brand name of the line of products for dysphagia at home created by Io Sano, the company that pioneered a new model of clinical management of dysphagia, developing integrated solutions for nursing homes, hospitals, and home care. A pioneer in automated texture preparation systems, the company combines screening and risk assessment, nutritional monitoring, continuing professional education, advanced technology, and texture-modified food preparations into a single vision.
